Merchant Details

What you need to know

  • *New* this year: Chamber members are invited to add their business details to the Festivities Guide for added promotion. Add your business details by Sunday, December 1st, to be included. Not yet a Chamber member, but wish to contribute to the guide? Join us.

  • The Chamber will provide luminaria supplies to Main St. merchants (a battery operated option will be provided if the NYS burn ban is still in place).

  • Merchants are encouraged to stay open late on Friday and Saturday.

  • Merchants set up and take down their luminaria at the conclusion of Friday, December 6th. If using Battery operated products, they will be reused for future years.

  • While there’s no participation fee, we encourage businesses to make a donation to this year’s community cause: Be A Friend Project, a Cold Spring based non-profit “kids for kids” organization supporting student ‘Upstanders’ (from kindergarten through college) working to end bullying and its traumatic consequences, save lives and build kinder communities. 100% of the donations collected go directly to Be A Friend Project.
