The 2025 Philip Baumgarten Memorial Scholarship, awarded by the Cold Spring Chamber of Commerce, will grant $2,500 to one Philipstown high school senior who modeled outstanding community engagement during their high school career by volunteering for a Philipstown nonprofit or charitable organization, working for or with a local business, or another community-based initiative. 

Candidates may be submitted through student applications and a nomination process. If you are a Philipstown high school senior and wish to apply, complete a Student Application (link below). Do you know a deserving high school senior? We want to know them, too. Complete a Nomination Application (link below). Applications received by April 25 will be considered.

The selected applicant will be presented with the $2,500 scholarship award at the Cold Spring Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting on May 13.
