COLD SPRING AGLOW 2019

RESIDENTS AND VOLUNTEERS ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE

DECEMBER 21, 5:00–9:00 P.M.

With the help of volunteers and donors and in cooperation with the Village of Cold Spring, the Cold Spring Chamber of Commerce will present the second annual Cold Spring Aglow. On this special family-friendly evening, the community comes together for a candlelit holiday walk in the village.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS: We need helpers to assemble candle bags between Thursday, Dec. 19, and Saturday, Dec. 21; to place the luminarias on Main Street on Saturday, Dec. 21, from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.; and to help with cleanup at 9:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for high school students to gain community-volunteer hours. If you want to volunteer, please sign up at our SignupGenius page, here. We also invite village residents to join in and help grow the glow! Light your own walkway and the sidewalk on your street with luminarias—brown paper bags containing sand and a votive candle.

CALL FOR SPONSORS: Chamber members at the Community Sponsor Level are entitled to sponsor Cold Spring Aglow. Sponsors’ logos will be included on the event posters and promotions next to the Chamber and village logos. If you want to be a sponsor, please let us know no later than Tuesday, Nov. 19.
