Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub Opens Its Doors in Cold Spring Village

On Saturday, October 19, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. the Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub will open its new office doors to the community in a grand opening celebration that will include a ribbon cutting and reception.
