TWO NEW BOARD MEMBERS APPOINTED
The board of the Cold Spring Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of two board members, Mark Snyder and Teresa Langerman. Mark is the C.O.O. of his family’s third-generation pharmacy, Drug World. He joins the board as our new Treasurer (replacing Cathryn Fadde). Mark learned the pharmacy business working at the store alongside his mother, Heidi Snyder, and his grandfather Daniel Kantor, the founder. His family’s drugstore has been serving the residents of Philipstown for over seventeen years. Mark brings skills in financing, management, and research to the role of Treasurer. Teresa is the co-founder of a branding-and-design firm, Condensed. She will serve as our Membership Coordinator. She joined the Chamber shortly after moving to Cold Spring in 2019. Her background unites skills in marketing, entrepreneurship, and community development with over a decade’s experience with startups and not-for-profit organizations. Her experience promoting small businesses includes running an incubator space in Brooklyn and creating an annual fair for local crafters.
Welcome to the board, Mark and Teresa. Thank you for your commitment to a strong business community.
