Derek has served the NY construction industry since 1985, when he began cutting his teeth in the luxury residential market. He was a woodworker through to 1993 when he became a project manager. He has worked on several hundred projects since that time. He also specializes in large scale infrastructure, commercial, aviation, entertainment, and life science industries - projects from $20 - 300M.
Derek assists owners in the management of their construction projects, from concept through realization. His eye for quality, detail and perfection is impeccable. He has successfully served as an expert witness in construction disputes since 2009, on over 45 cases.
Serving the local community is a priority for Derek. He offers design and estimating services to homeowners and small businesses.
