2021 Board Member Election

The Chamber of Commerce is governed by a board of eight members, who serve staggered two-year terms. At the end of each year, four seats become vacant and are filled by a vote of Chamber members in December. (Seats may also be filled by appointment anytime in the year after a resignation.)

The following people have volunteered to run for election for the 2021–22 term. All are current board members. Write-in candidates are also eligible.

  • Caitlin Chadwick (currently Member-at-Large; joined the board in Sept. 2020)

  • Sue Costigan (currently Treasurer; joined the board in Dec. 2020)

  • Teresa Lagerman (currently Marketing Chair; joined the board in Feb. 2020)

  • Jeff Mikkelson (currently Advocacy Chair; joined the board in Dec. 2020)

Members of the Chamber may cast their ballots anytime before January 1, 2021. If you are not a member and would like to become one to vote, you can join here.

The following Chamber board members’ two year term seats will be up for election in December of 2021:

  • Ann McBride, Membership Chair (elected in 2019 to the 2020-2021 term)

  • Francine Farnorotto, Secretary (elected in 2019 to the 2020-2021 term)

  • Nat Prentice, Vice President (elected in 2019 to the 2020-2021 term)

  • Eliza Starbuck, President (elected in 2019 to the 2020-2021 term)
